Introduction/Beginners
In Beginners you will learn the basics, you’ll learn simple weight bearing moves and combinations plus an easy routine, there are no prerequisites for enrolling in a Introduction Course. Your course will introduce you to pole fitness through building strength in your core and upper body, improving flexibility and posture.
You will learn some fun and very exciting tricks which are incorporated into a choreographed routine and by week 6 you will have the opportunity to learn how to climb and sit on the pole.
A comprehensive introduction to pole dancing, starting from the ground and gradually working up. You must complete this level before moving on to the Pre Transition level.

Transition
_This level will introduce you to inverted pole moves, pole climbs combinations, spins and use different hand grips. For those who have completed the Beginner and Pre Transition course or have done some pole dancing in the past This level will increase your strength and flexibility, whilst learning a fun routine over the 6 weeks.
This level is for those who have already developed some muscular strength and co-ordination on the pole.

Pre Intermediate
This level focuses on inversions, so be prepared to go upside down. You should be confident with pole sits, spins, climbs, cross knee releases and inverts on both sides before enrolling in this level.
In this level you will learn how to climb and perform a number of spins and pole tricks in combinations, to a fully choreographed dance routine. This is when pole fitness starts to become very exciting. |

Advanced
You must be assessed by Aerial Pole Academy's director before enrolling in this class. In our Advanced level you will learn intensive conditioning and flexibility as well as extreme pole tricks, aerial combinations and aerial shoulder mounts. These tricks will be put into a fully choreographed routine that you will learn over the 6 week period.
This course will take you to a new level of fitness, flexibility and strength.

Elite
This is our highest level and you must be assessed by Aerial Pole Academy's director before enrolling in this class.
Masters is for instructors, competitive level pole dancers or high level students. You will learn intensive conditioning and flexibility as well as extreme pole tricks.

Aerials
Aerial Silks is a creative and fun way to exercise, anyone can do it and no experience is required, our trained instructors will teach you everything you need to know. Aerial Silks is fantastic strength training that builds and maintains muscle mass.
Lyra classes will teach you to spin, swing, stretch and twist around the hoop. Classes use lyra (aerial hoop) to develop core strength, flexibility and are a fun work out.
Mixed Aerials includes Aerial Bungee, Aerial Hammock, Swing Pole, Silks & Lyra .
Our classes provide an excellent arm, back, core and leg workout. These classes are also a fantastic way to increase your flexibility.

In these classes you will learn sexy floor work mixed with beginner pole moves and ways to make your floor work flow as well as the little tricks to make an easy move look tricky, you'll learn fun routines to different songs every term.

Pole Showgirls
Our Showgirls class, is a class that will teach you everything you need to know to compete or perform.
This class is perfect for anyone wanting to perform on stage or in a competition, you will be taught advanced choreographed routines, how to theme them and even how to choose your costume.
You can expect to hear "point your toes" in this class.

Dance
Aerial Pole Academy's Contemporary Pole Dance, is a dance class that will teach you a combination of basic contemporary, lyrical and jazz styles of dance, these styles of dance will be taught in conjunction with pole movement, the pole movement will include beginner pole tricks.

Flexibility
In our flexibility classes you will be shown how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes, these classes concentrate on flexibility exercises specific to pole & aerial dance.
This class is also designed to build muscular & core strength, using professional dance techniques. Please note this class is not always on our timetable.

Pole Assessment
_This is a FREE one-on-one session with an instructor who will individually assess your level.
Assessments are for those who have already learned pole dancing before and want to know what class would be fit them best. They are also available for those wanting to move up a level but are not sure if they are ready.

Private lessons & Competition Training
_All instructors at Aerial Pole Academy are available for private lessons. One-on-one or small group lessons. You choose what you would like to be taught in these lessons

Pole packages can be used for any pole class, at 1 location only, if your are at the transition or above level you must be pole assessed by Aerial Pole Academy instructors before booking into a class.
