Beginner to Intermediate Polenastics

This workshop will teach you basic versions of harder skills to learn how to build muscle, flexibility and awareness on the pole.

Advanced Polenastics

In this workshops you will learn dynamic pole skills such as fonjis, shoulder roll overs, releases and catches as well as different grips and deadlift tricks.
