Aerial Pole Academy reserves the right to change the timetable without notice if deemed necessary.
If there are less than 5 people enrolled in any one class the class may be cancelled, you will be notified and offered an alternative class if this happens.

Aerial Pole Academy has a no refund policy however under special circumstances we may offer you the opportunity to transfer your classes to a future term
Please review these policies carefully as the following terms of enrollment govern your payment and enrollment to participate in pole dancing, silks and lyra or any other activities conducted at Aerial Pole Academy.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
These terms set out your rights and obligations with respect to your payment and enrollment including important limitations and conditions on your right to obtain a refund. Your payment for a term at APA constitutes your agreement that these policies apply, so be certain you understand them before you enroll.
REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS
Refunds, or the transfers of fees to another term, may only be granted by the discretion of APA management.
CANCELLATIONS AT THE DISCRETION OF APA
APA reserves the right to change the class timetable up to and including the date of the course if sufficient bookings have not been received. In the event of the timetable being altered, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates or times. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative course a refund will only be granted at the discretion of APA management. We are unable to give refunds or transfer classes to another term for any reason.
CATCH UP CLASSES
In the event that you are unable to attend the class that you enroll in, a catch up class will be offered as an alternative class of equivalent value. All catch up classes MUST be taken in the same term and cannot be transferred/rolled over to another term. APA recommends that you attend each class for the term as we are unable to schedule substitute classes.
